At Digalax, we strive to provide our clients with the highest quality digital marketing services to meet their needs and exceed their expectations. In the event that a client is not satisfied with our services, we offer the following refund policy:
Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our discretion. To be eligible for a refund, the client must meet the following criteria:
The client has fulfilled all of their obligations under the agreement with Digalax, including providing all necessary information and assets in a timely manner.
The client has allowed a reasonable amount of time for Digalax to provide the services outlined in the agreement.
The client has provided clear and specific feedback on any issues or concerns with the services provided by Digalax.
Refund Process: To request a refund, the client must submit a written request to Digalax outlining the reason for the refund request. We will then review the request and determine whether the client is eligible for a refund. If the client is eligible, we will process the refund within 30 days of our determination.
Refund Amount: The amount of the refund will be determined based on the amount of work completed by Digalax up until the point of the refund request. If a project is cancelled before any work is completed, the client will receive a full refund. If work has been completed, the refund will be prorated based on the amount of work completed.
Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Any third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the client.
Any fees associated with domain registration, hosting, or other services provided by third-party vendors.
Any fees associated with materials or resources purchased specifically for the client’s project.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, the client and Digalax will make good faith efforts to resolve the dispute amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the state in which Digalax is headquartered.
